The pace and demands of modern living are undermining our physical wellness, damaging our mental health and stealing our joy.

Moksha Yogi was created to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from the 5,000 year old practices of traditional Hatha Yoga.

The world can seem a crazy place at times. Moksha Yogi was born from a desire to help our students find wellness, peace and joy in the chaos. We provide group and individual classes in the traditional tools and techniques of Hatha Yoga. These ancient practices have withstood the test of time and have never been more needed.

Hatha Yoga is the ancient science of transformation, taking us on a journey to physical wellness, mental clarity and ultimately a closer relationship to the best version of ourselves.

There are no beliefs to adhere to, the original teachers of Yoga were very clear that each of us should determine our own path and assess it purely on its impact on our lives.

At Moksha Yogi we invite you to explore the tools and techniques of Yoga for yourself. Our classes are super-friendly and welcoming. We will continually prompt you to ask yourself “what is this practice doing for me” and to build your journey in life from your insights.

Money gets in the way of so many things in life, but Yoga is far too important for this. If money is tight then send us an email and we will send you a discount code. What do you have to lose?
